I'm taking time out to write this review about a specific agent Tara Trimarche who has been a complete joy to work with. I say this because I have had my house on the market for 2 years and have had many agents come and go. When I came across Tara she was willing and eager to help me feel confident that working with her would be a successful journey. I have never felt her to be pushy or the type of person who tells you what you want to hear. She is honest and caring and understands my specific situation with selling my house. I feel her attention to detail is amazing and she has much knowledge in understand what I want and looks beyond in all the homes we have been to. She see the big picture and I feel that other agents I've dealt with just wants to make the sale even though it's not in your best interest. Her trust and loyalty is with my family and I'm am thankful that I have finally found a person who will get the job done. :-)

Tara made the sale of our home all about Us. She was present at every showing to answer any questions and gauge the buyers. We showed the home 7 times on day one and by the next day we had 6 offers. She was very knowledgeable and professional about the market and the local market. We priced the home right where it needed to be and sold the home for $150,000 over the asking price. Tara was present for the home inspection, the appraisal and the CO so that she can understand and be hands on to anything that could jeopardize the sale and the flow of the contact.
Tara assisted us with the purchase of our retirement home in a retirement community. This market was ultra competitive and at times if a home listed we were the first ones in the door to see it and ready to present. Tara had a way about her that made the sellers feel comfortable with talking to her and leaving a lasting impression in their minds about us.
We recommend Tara, as she is an amazing agent to not only her buyers and sellers but to the other side. She worked hard and dedicated her time to us. She was always one step ahead with the purchase and sale of our home.
